Once you have your script working, the HTTP POSTyou create can be used on any action set which can be added to a form or put on sequences or credit card triggers. Nearly everything in Infusionsoft has the ability to set of an action and an HTTP POST can be part of any Infusionsoft action set.

You are selecting an Id to lookup, a field to pull and a default if that field is blank within Infusionsoft.

Parameters

myid: the Id of the record in Infusionsoft you'd like to grab ie: i4w_db_Id or i4w_db_Referral_ContactId

field: the name of the date field in Infusionsoft you'd like to grab ie: _AffiliateWebsite3 or City

default: the default value you'd like to appear in case the field in Infusionsoft is blank.ie: universal value or No City

Example

The id is grabbing the ContactId of the referring affiliate and then the field decides which field from that referring affiliate's contact record should be pulled into the page.

Clients can go in there and update their profile anytime or update their subscription payment methods and even add credit cards to their account.

Hint: The video moves quick so you'll want two monitors if possible and you will pause it often while you follow along.

If you do this stuff in exact order you'll find that you end up with a complete multi-level membership website. A pretty spiffy one too actually. It is about a 2 hour exercise if you don't know what you're doing but it's worth it. You'll setup a bunch of stuff in Infusionsoft and in reality very little in WP or related to our plugin.

This guide assumes you've gotten the plugin installed and fully activated. Start with Infusionsoft Step 1.
